Please Note

First interview of the day at location will require 90 min prior to appointment for load-in & setup. 
Subsequent interviews will require 45 min prior to appointment to change camera positioning for unique interview look.

  • LOAD-IN (45 min): requires location manager for crew to tour & select film location

  • SETUP (45 min): Prior to each interview. Does not require client's time, crew only.

  • INTERVIEW (30-60 min): Requires interview subject's time.

  • LOAD-OUT (30-60min): Does not require client's time, crew only.

Tips for the day of

The interview will be conducted in a very casual, conversational format between the interviewer and interviewee.
To keep the video feeling natural, the interviewee will be unable to read directly from any notes during their response.
However, between questions or by the end of the interview, they will have an opportunity to reflect, rephrase, or restate their answers until they are content.

Attire

Please refrain from wearing…

  • bold/tight/busy patterns/stripes.

  • Shirts with graphics/logos unrelated to business

  • Colors that match backgrounds (white outfit in white environment, green shirt against green screen, etc.)

Please DO wear…

  • Solid colors that contrast with environment (dark colors for white environments, etc.)

  • Clothing that you would naturally wear in the interviewing environment
